My name is Holly Anthony, and I am a senior majoring in Environmental Science with minors in Sustainability and Urban Studies at the University of Mary Washington, in Fredericksburg, Virginia. My academic and hands-on experiences include water quality testing, biodegradation research, environmental policy, GIS analysis, sustainable agriculture, and environmental education, complemented by a diverse range of specialized environmental courses. Additionally, during the Spring 2024 semester, I had the chance to study abroad at Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
After graduation in the spring, I am eager to join a sustainability-focused organization committed to combating climate change. With a background in environmental studies and practical experience, I am passionate about utilizing my knowledge to help companies and organizations advance their green initiatives and achieve a sustainable future. I am also seeking to further my environmental education by pursuing graduate studies.
